I'm trying so hard! I think loading and unloading the dish washer and our top load washer is what kills me! I'm trying to get the hang of this elsewhere though.

@AshleighSMU Ashleigh - just be patient with yourself. It takes time to break old habits. Just remember that every task in life can be accomplished without risking irritation of your lower back. You will be able to handle minor bending forward when your lower back gets stronger but you need to practice avoiding forward bending and do the "3 pump" exercises I teach on my videos. Best Wishes
