Lumbar spine training for people who want to reduce lower back pain and reduce the chance of further injuring the lower back. I teach dozens of different concepts about spine management, however, this 5-part presentation is a summary of a few KEY concepts, maneuvers, exercises, stretches, and warnings to achieve pain relief without the use of drugs or surgery. Sometimes, drugs and surgery are necessary. However, doesn't it make sense to rely on drugs and surgery only as a last resort?

  • I'm trying so hard! I think loading and unloading the dish washer and our top load washer is what kills me! I'm trying to get the hang of this elsewhere though.

  • @AshleighSMU Ashleigh - just be patient with yourself. It takes time to break old habits. Just remember that every task in life can be accomplished without risking irritation of your lower back. You will be able to handle minor bending forward when your lower back gets stronger but you need to practice avoiding forward bending and do the "3 pump" exercises I teach on my videos. Best Wishes
