Upper body training with my high school judo guys:
- mobility training, agility training
- CNS activation (tire battle, 5 sets, 10s)
- ME: weighted pull-ups (work up to 3 sets of 2 RM followed by bodyweight max rep)
- RE: 50 push-ups
- Ab work: sprinter seat-ups (2 sets of 20reps)
- stretching
