@SexyParty154 When you say "taekwondo" you mean "WTF taekwondo". Because that's certainly not what either ITF taekwondo or Moo Duk Kwan Tae Kwon Do teach. There are in fact about a dozen different styles that can lay a claim to being able to use the term "taekwondo", of which WTF style is just one.

I'll admit (grudgingly) that WTF style is more entertaining to watch, but I think I'll still stick with ITF style, personally.

@awsomedude0182 WTF rules say you can only to the chest. A strong delivered punch is one point. But from my experience, about 10% of you punches will score. It's not easy to score with a punch. You should try WTF. check out my channel.

testing for my red black belt in Feb, im in ATA and if im correct this looks like WTF or ITF great technique and form though!!
