I would be so incredibly pissed at the owner of that dog. I would have gotten in her face. Lucky neither was hurt. I hate it when Im galloping on the beach and a random dog comes up to my horse-luckily never been bitten- but its a bit annoying to have to stop my fun and wait for the owner to come get their dog they cant control. uhg!

Hi Amy,

that really was a frightening experience, riding a horse bitten by a dog and - of course bolting off.

But I also watched you staying on with the first bucks - you had a good seat and balance for that.

Many girls would have fallen off from the first huge buck - you did not. Well done.

No wonder that you could not stay on when he decided to give a rodeo performance.

But you should present more videos about your riding - especially on the beach.

And perhaps in the water?

yeah it was extremely frightening and thank you i also had trouble stayin on as i lost my stirrup on the first buck! But everything was ok in the end thank god! Thank you

no it wasnt mine! i didnt know whos it was the owner wasnt anywhere to be seen. no it wasnt fenced off im so lucky he didnt go onto the main road and yeahh luckily there were two other horses down the other end of the beach which caught him

I cant stand it when dogs are off a leash! I dont care how well a dog listens (clearly these ones didnt) something can alwasy catch their eye and they will be off. I love horses and dogs but, this just pisses me off. I dont really blame the dogs though, I blame the owners! Im glad noone got hurt! If someone wants thei dog to run around at least put it on a long lead, that way you still have contol if something goes wrong but he can still run around if hes being good.

Some people shouldn't have dogs. Simplest thing to say. Because not only did the dog bite your horse, after he/she bolted the entire pack started chasing.  Yes, it is instinct, but it is incredibly dangerous to both parties.

OMG!! What an ignorant owner!! I know from my dog that it's not always possible to entirely control your dog, but tbh, if there's any chance of your dog biting a horse, they should NOT be off lead when there's a horse around!! And you're not exactly hard to miss on a beach!! Hrrmph.

Oh mi god i hope ur alright! i hate that when people leave their dogs off their leashes! I have been attacked by a dog before and its not a nice experience! did you manage to catch your horse again and was he alright??? :O

If I was the horse I would've kicked the dog in the face. I mean seriously some people are idiots. Keep your dog on a leash. I would've sued the owner if I found out who it was.
