the philippine delagates to the 21st Century International Arts Festival where Dance, Band, Chinese Orchestra, and Choir are represented by different countries in Asia. Where the the philippines grabbed the gold award in the dance category for children division which was choreographed by Halili Cruz School of Ballet. The perfomers are kyla, jillian, julliane, nica, kristine, lizelle, gabby, sophie, lianna, cyrene, marga, reine, tina. under the guidance of T Maan and T Anna B. and the Artistic Director Shirley Halili Cruz. With this award, the untiring talented little ballerinas brought home again the pride and honor of the Philippines
