This is a video I did for a group called Texas Motor Events and we toured the Delorean Factory here in Texas. This is a small video I put together but the actual tour video is also on my page.

I wish they would just give me a DeLorean for free. It wouldn't even put a dent in their inventory and wouldn't make them lose any money on how expensive the car is being sold for.

People always overlook the fact that the reason the DeLorean didnt have a stronger engine is because THEY COULDNT. This was no longer the muscle car era, this was the 80's and the rules have changed. DMC was forced to comply with the U.S. emission laws. There was actually a turbo charged engine in the works, and two prototypes were made but the factory closed before the engine was put into production. As a former owner, I can tell you that the stock engine has plenty of power
