More than six in ten children are bullied to such extremes as death threats when using social networking sites a new report has revealed.

To mark Anti-Bullying Week the new research from Beatbullying has found that Bebo is the worst social networking site for bullying in the UK.

One in three teens facing cyberbullying are reported to experience it on this site.

But MSN's instant messenger was exposed to be even worse. Over half of bullied teens are targeted over IM.

Beatbullying's chief executive, Emma-Jane Cross, says bullying online is 'traumatic' just like it is in real life. She's urging social networking sites to do more to stop this from happening.

Beatbullying offers cybermentors to cyberbullied teens to help them deal with online bullying.
