Animal Crossing City Folk- Silver Shovel- With Mini FAQ (~Turn on Annotations to see it~)

Alright so mostly people ask me how do i get here, when did you get here etc. so i'm going to put this all down here. (and some other stuff if i do forget)

Now i got to resetti's surveillance center by going to the city after 8pm, and by going to the right side of the tunnel with the pylons. if by chance the pylon closes to the street is knocked out of the way then you can go into resetti's surveillance center, but if it isn't then you aren't able to. Now what i forgot to say and it's my bad that i even forgot this, there isn't a guarantee that you can get this after a few tries, i just got lucky with going at the time that resetti's center was open.

This happens after 8pm, on any day, any anytime after 8pm, although it will take a bunch of tries, if you managed to get it after a few tries then let me say that you are a very lucky person.

i am sorry i caused any confusion with this.

ok so it took alot of time and i'm not even joking, maybe in total about 2 hours worth of trying to get that shovel but i managed to get it. Heres a video of my chat with resetti in his surveillance Center and receiving the silver shovel.

I use a capture device called EyeTV from Elgato, this capture device is made specifically for mac.

Now right after i tried visiting redd so that i can finally get into his store... seriously i'm annoyed with how long it's taking to find the animal in my town that will refer me to him. total amount of tries... maybe 4 including the one in this video.

Yes. Animal Crossing City Folk and Animal Crossing Let's Go to The City are the same game. It just has a different name.

ummm, i tried to grow a money tree with the gold shovel and 1000 bells and it just grew into a normal tree.... how do i get a proper money tree that i can actually shake bell bags off of?

Each 1,000 bells that you plant will represent a percentage of the chance of the tree growing into a money tree.

1000 bells = 1% chance

10,000 bells = 10% chance

50,000 bells = 50% chance

and so on. You will at most gain 3 bags of 30,000 bells so it isn't suggested that you plant more than 90,000. You would want to plant less in order to make bells from planting the money tree, but enough bells so that the money tree will grow.

You can only spin your shovel when YOU are at someone else's town.
