www.fired.tv This week's job tip takes a page out of a top salesman's repetitore, take a marketing approach to interviewing. I recommend thinking of your interviewer as your customer and what you are selling is your background as a solution to their needs. Also, you want to put yourself in the hiring company's shoes and ask yourself the question, "Why should they hire me?" Focus in on what the company's needs are. The more you can meet those needs, the more likely you will be hired.
