I wanted to take a moment to thank you for doing this video. I too wear very thick glasses for farsightedness and have since I was very young. I have struggled mightly over the years with comments from others who do not understand what it is like to have low uncorrected visual accuity. Thank you for doing this and informing those with excellent vision of what it is like to have imperfect vision.

thank u so much for your comments. it is not a problem at all making this video. this is why i make videos to help others to know there nto alone and to deucate thsoe who don't know. i am so happy every once in a while to recieve comments knowing my vieos do matter to some and serve the pupose i wanted them to serve.

Hey your video is very helpfull and inspirational. I have bad eyes myself. No where as bad as yours. But they are bad. I wear contacts do to the fact that people say stuff about the Rx of my glasses. When people say things i normally tell them to fuck off. Thats just the way I am. People need to realize that we cant help the way our eyes are. Im in the Army and people still say shit. But your video is really good. Stay strong and keep doing what you are doing. Thank You

how much prescription have your glasses?? and have you more glasses that you dont use?

Looks like to me that you have no crystaline lens in your eye?(aphakia) that's why you need a strong plus+ prescription(? did you had an operation to remove the lens inside your eye ball when you were young?(due to congenital catarct or other things?) or you were born without one?

I havwe myopia in one eye and astigmatisum in the other I have a somewhat high perscription -400 one eye and the other -350 but I used to get styes under my eye when I was little for no reason never had sugery almost did and when I was about in third or fourth grade never had them again!! I started wearing glasses in first grade and I don't like to but I wear them because contacts aren't an option for me but good like with your vision problems

i think you look good in glasses! i wear them too but not all the time. one eye is better than the other. just be thankful you have glasses to see! :-)

My daughters eye glasses were as thick as yours.

We discovered her bad eye site was caused by child cold medications.

Once we learned this we cleansed her body of chemicals, then we gave her eye vitamins. She was 6 years old then and today at age 22 she has no need of glasses.

If you have watched the news they tell you not to give cold medications to children.

This is the reason.

Vitamins and herbs and her eyes were healed.

Why would she kill herself???? She can still see! Even if she was blind, why would she kill herself????
