Hi sebastian! What a powerfull bench!! I'm an italian powerlifter, I start to train for powerlifting 1 years ago and now my bench is around 155kg whit a titan f6 46 (BW 97kg). This is the first week of the metali militia way for training the bench, tomorrow I have the first WO whit shirt. I'm a little nervuos because I'm not used to use differnt board in the same WO, tomorrow I can say you moore :-)
