材料:香菇絲、烏醋、鹽、糖、香油、太白粉水、香菜、胡蘿蔔絲、筍絲、豆皮絲、牛頭牌素沙茶醬

做法:先準備鍋子加入600cc水煮滾,倒入香菇絲、胡蘿蔔絲、筍絲、豆皮絲攪拌後煮一下,再加入一大匙牛頭牌素沙茶醬攪拌一下,再加1/2鹽、少許糖攪拌均勻後加點太白­粉水再攪拌一下關火,之後加入一大匙烏醋、一大匙香油攪拌後裝碗,最後灑上少許香菜,這樣就完成沙茶素羹。
