Fascinating. Works wonderfully. I look forward to continued practice of this method. Feels meditative to me. Bless you.

@TheLifeDoctor121 Its not your fault. I just can't seem to get over my anxiety. I have it over everything. I just had surgery 2 weeks ago for my gallbladder and it seems to have gone down a bit but not as much as Id like.. I have been put on xanax and that helps a lil bit as well I just hope to get this under control soon enough.
yea know I gotta say.. I tried this,... over and over and its NOT working!! my anxiety and overactive mind doesn't stop.. nice try tho..

@joneswifey05 Sorry to hear that, this has helped thousands but there isnt a technique that works for everyone or I would be very rich LOL but keep on searching for the answer and I hope you find something that works for you.

@joneswifey05 Just wondering, are you moving your eyes around around at all when softly focusing forward? The eye movements can access those thoughts you dont want but when focusing forward and aware of the your periphal area then it does find it harder. I would also suggest learning to breath correctly from deep down from your stomach and holding for seven slow seconds and releasing. Im going to post another video shortly about anxiety and I hope this helps you in another way.
