I don't think that cut was from the "2000 Plus" package. Frank Gari makde many different sounding versions of the Cool Hand Luke theme before making "News Series 2000 Plus"...so that cut was most likely from the "News Series 2000" package.

actually, they used the current News Series 2000 theme in 1992, but they used a bumper version back in 1986, for a promo interviewing Walter Payton on Sports Final. I think that promo is still up.
