Driver is Tadashi Sakai.

It was a large crash.
But he was safely.

  • Fuji's original plan was a superspeedway with a road course in the infield, but the money ran out.

  • @ueki905 they no longer race on the banking due to the deaths and frequent injuries. the track is described as a hybrid of a road course and a super-speedway

  • wow, neat to see footage from the track in it old configuration

  • It's actually still there, but it is in VERRY bad condition.

  • is the banking of fuji not totally removed?

  • A 30 degreees banking was been combined with an elevation change - so the cars dropped down into this banking, unlike other banked corners, where the car needed to climb up into the banking
