There are so many products on the market that are marketed to be used for use with the Dermal Roller (derma roller, dr roller, mit roller, nova roller etc).
This clip explains what risks are involved with transdermal absorption of products into the bloodstream from using a Trans Dermal Roller. It highlights what you really should be told before using any product on the skin with a roller.

  • Can you tell me what Size derma roller i should use for the crown of my head (bald spot) and do i need to use a cream with it or will it stimulate growth without using any special cream??? thanks.

  • @rgz1985 We'd suggest a 1.0mm derma stamp for this area. We sell a hair restoration spray which can be used with the stamp which helps with the circulation and regrowth. I hope this helps

  • can u use it to get ride of sagging skin??? i am in 20´s and i had weight lost and my skin isnt that fast in my face anymore can this thing help??? plz help... and shall i use any serum with it too or how?

  • @Jangara1 Hi, Yes derma roller treatments can help with sagging skin. Also, a Jade roller can help treat sagging skin. This can be found on our website. I hope this helps

  • I wanted to know, what about sunscreens? Should you not use anything on your skin if you are using derma roller? I use avalons products which are paraben, parafen etc free and organic. So one cannot use sunscreen, moisturizers?

  • @ketsstin24 We recommend using the roller before you go to bed in the evening with our serums so there is no need for a sunscreen or other moisturizer. I cannot comment on other specific products but if you are going to use other products, make sure they are 100% natural so you know it is safe.

  • The scar serum is made of organic camellia oil which will not block your pores unlike other oils but wiull help the skin rejuvenate. You put it on before you use the roller at night and kepp it on over night. You only need to roll lightly dont apply pressure the needles are very sharp and penetrate the dermis. Not everyone's skin goes red, if you have more collagen in your skin it is less likely you will see redness.

  • hi,today i used 1.5mm dermaroller on my face for the first time with your scar serum.i want to ask one question about scar serum.would this serum has tendancy to clog my pores as it looks very oily.also how long should i keep it on before i can wash it off.also after treatment i didnt see any redness or anything on my face.it looked like nothing happend.i didnt apply any pressure on the roller.should there be any redness in order to see good results. do i have to apply some pressure.

  • YOu would need to use a 1.5mm roller. I would not recommedn using any vitamin creams they are not safe used with the derma roller, we have a cellulite and strech mark serum that is excellent to use and safe as well as a pack with instructions. See here for more information on treating stretch marks whitelotusantiaging.co.uk/Getting_rid_of_stretch_marks_s/80.htm

  • @MinnieMouse1975 hi yes you can we normally recommend a 1.00mm or 1.5mm depending on the depth of the scars. For more information go to wwwwhitelotusantiaging.co.uk and look at our detailed scar page. YOu can also view a video regarding scarring on this channel
