  • No wonder my arms get so tired.

  • It's not difficult for experts to demonstrate proper beautiful paddle-stroke techniques. However it's very difficult even for very experienced professionals to teach people how and let them be able to do that. This lady's instruction doesn't seem very successful for me, cause she teaches only what she's doing but nothing about the common mistakes people make or tips to avoid common mistakes something like that.

  • Sittin in the front row, that's a paddlin

  • There at the first aide...

  • thats incorrect

  • I think this will help for kayaking

  • @PavePaws she looks like a lesbian to me. I can't begin to imagine what it would be like to be beaten by paddles by a lesbian. Maybe she isn't drinking from the furry cup but it appears that way to me.

  • Sorry but if you're doing a video WHILE in a class,

    1) Do a sound and sight check

    2) Sit in the middle seat of the audience

I feel like im in a AA meeting on break and im peering into other classes

  • @onlywhenpissed

Would you want to be in the front row during a paddle demo?

    SMACK SMACK SMACK

  • I can't take a woman/man hybrid who talks to empty chairs seriously, sorry.

  • @pamlico140 sorry for the huge delay! That was the point I was making though; a lot of people see race technique as hard work, but a proper marathon technique is more efficient than this and is more similar to sprint. I can quite happily use a high arm race technique to paddle 35 miles in under 6 hours.
