After anomalous activity Part 2

This is what happened when I repeated the exact same scenario after I went around the house looking for a source. If there was a source and I could not find it then I would have expected the same anomally to still be occuring and the light to still flash on and off. As you can see, this is actually how my meter normally reads in this room and in this spot. Yes, I do keep baseline readings in my home as it does help to ensure that no high or spiking electrical currents are close to where I sleep.
