I think that it is rather odd that youre commenting on wearing fur. Its a personal choice, much like your vegan lifestyle. So furs come from animals, no shit, however, some of us come from cultured backgrounds where this has been historically important (Im Russian). BTW studies have shown that plants respond to stimuli much like animals when picked or broken. So you are a hypocrite. Get over it; you are not as holy as you think.

The fur coat idea is a part of human survival. Why people hunt these videos down just to comment hateful things are beyond me however the thought of fur and use of animals as an industry is sickening. So much being wasted.

@knowthetruth1492 Bashing someones argument is not exactly winning on your side. Animals and plants are very similar. Fur and animal use did indeed greatly help humanity live and thrive where wool was insufficient. Your opinion is fine with me, but it's still only an opinion.

@WonHyunDae, the animals are not killed for fur directly- animals are killed by the first guy to make money, then you have fur to make coats- so animals arent killed for the fur, they are killed for money. And what people dont understand is that some of the main fur types are actually nuisance rodents, like muskrats, beaver, and mink.

The thing that gets me about people who hate fur is how worked up they get over it. You know there's millions of human beings that could benefit from their surprisingly aggressive crusading. But no, the animals are more important. I don't wear fur but I'm not going to tell anyone else what to so.

@FurCapped , Wearing fur coats is as much a personal choice as raping women is a personal choice for a rapist. That's a non-argument. Your next point is a fallacy, the appeal to tradition and/or majority, which is also invalid. Then go on to use the old ''plants have feeling too argument''. Well, the you're right that plants react to stimuli, just as a cell phone reacts to electrical signal. That's it. They don't have a brain or a nervous system. Animals do, and it's not worth debating in 2012.
