For those wondering WTF, please note that Japan LOVES Les Miserables and Arm Joe is a mondegreen of the Japanese title "Ah, Mujou", meaning "Ah, Cruelty" or "No Mercy". And they really love Les Mis. As in "Six cast recording CDs and over 20 years of performances in Tokyo" love. This game's exisance actually makes sense.

There are times I worry about what kind of drugs they abuse over there in Japan. This is one of those times. Although the sheer joy of beating the stupid out of Marius might make it worth it, despite the sheer level of WTF this inspires....
