you can't claim to be Marxist-Leninist and then claim to be against violent overthrow.
CPUSA = 90 years of party history to date which is nothing more than 318 members worldwide and an entrenched revisionist leadership.

You know damn well that Marx thought that the proletarian revolution could only come about thru violent means since the bourgeoisie would stop any attempt at abolishing private property thru violent means [via the state]. While Marx wanted the new, post-revolution society to be as peaceful and nonviolent as possible, he never expected or wrote that the proletarian revolution itself would be peaceful or nonviolent. Communism requires the violent overthrow of capitalism.
