THR Kenne Bell 2007 GT Dyno Video 470 RWHP!

Texas Hot Rods just finished another killer street/strip stang with a new edge sporting a Big Bore 2.6 L KB blower. This little monster makes big power at only 10 psi. 483 rwhp was the best pass.

The benefits of the 03-04 cobra's are the factory forged engine, the 6 speed trans, and the IRS rear suspension. If you bought an 03=04 cobra you'd most likely fing a clean, low mileage one for $25k. Add the whipple blower upgrade and you have 580 HP for under $30k.
With a new S197, you can only run up to 500 rwhp on the stock motor since it's not forged. You can push it to mid 500 rwhp but if you want to play it safe stay at around 500 or so. It's also only a 5 speed trans.
