Adoption agency tricked samoan parents into giving up their children for adoption. They promised the families visits and communication, but they told the american adoptive parents that the children were abandoned and had no other family..

Hand the child back.

What has happened is "immoral" and the adoptive family has been the victim.

The birth family is a victim.

But child snatching cannot be tolerate.

And the adoptive family is guilty of child snatching if they keep the child.

At least ONE family did the right thing and let the child go back to her family! it was the right thing and that shows how much they truly did love the child to return the child!! That old saying! If you love something set it free.....if it comes back it was meant to be! If it does not then there is no need to hunt them down and kill them!

I wait for the return of my family every day! I know if they were allowed to come home they would stay!

this is really sick anymore.. i wish the fbi will tear cps down.. they took all my kids off of me and they dont care about how the kids feel or how the parents feel.. its a bunch of crap already its called KIDS FOR CASH just like the courts... its really old and people need to start doing something about it

The adoptive parents need to listen to themselves. The first part of the interview: "SHE fills a part of MY life" too many adoptive families look to the child

to fill THEIR void, their needs.

This isn't good! These Adoption agencies here in the States are nothing but frauds. They should be brought to justice for tearing these families apart! These are human emotions they are dealing with, not some animals!

aww...well I sympathize with the people who love the adopted children but the adopted agencies here are playing with people's emotions...this is not fair for not only the people who adopt them but for these children's family too especially the children involved. We should never play with people's emotions! It can be devastating

Why do these parents adopt from out of the US? I mean there are so many foster homes and homeless in the US, but yet they go outside?

I've seen the more extensive story on 48H, and they didn't snatch the children. The birthparents have actually agreed to send the children to America for education and live with a 'foster' family, with the promise that they would come back when they are 18. Which is in a twisted sense correct, since at 18, they can decide whether they want to return to Samoa. The parents who gave back the child, they divorced, so there was more to the story than the little girl's happiness. Sad stories anyway.
