You dont pay your mandated health care then you go to jail and the govt will provide you free health care and food and shelter in prison, all at a cost of $50,000 a year courtesy of the US taxpayers. Not thats govt logic at its best.

This is kinda like the game Jenga. Just picture the top 3 rows as the government. Left alone and in proportion, the stack and the republic stand. The government taking over and controlling private business is like taking pieces from the bottom to put on the top. With the economy on the brink of disaster, I believe this move will make us topple.

Last I checked, State Prison was overcrowede, and here in the Peoples Repubik of Kalifornia, we are releasing drug users, "non violent felons" due to overcrowding, my dime is on lock me up and let the rapists, "accidental homicides" and starlett drug whores get out for DUI while I stew in jail for not buying insurance. Oh what a great country this has turned out to be. The land of the free and the home of the radical left wing liberal FUCK! BTW, did anybody see the latest on more ACORN videos?

So basically:

1. I'm not going to pay it = misdemeanor.
2. I'm not going to pay it + evading = felon.

It should also be noted that under the patriot act that misdemeanor = potential terrorist = no fly list = no gun list.
