this is BY FAR the most amazing episode of SVU EVER!!!! it really brought the EO relationship to a new level. this episode showed liv that el LOVES HER. . . and then she goes and screws it up!!!

She screws it up? OMG no she doesn't. When Liv realized he loved her, I think she left because she couldn't bear to be near the only man she's ever loved, knowing that love is reciprocated, yet not being able to act on it.

IMO it's Elliot who is screwing it all up.  Olivia is waiting on him to get a clue. She knows he doesn't love Kathy. Kathy knows he doesn't love Kathy, and even Elliot knows he doesn't love Kathy.

i love, love, LOVE olivia, but i gotta say, she is just not the damsel-in-distress kinda girl. everytime i see ppl get fluttery over her bc she's hurt i feel like yelling "She's fine! You think she can't take a little nick like that?!"

Apparently you missed the entire meaning of that episode.

Elliot thought Olivia was mortally wounded and instead of helping the children who were in danger, he went to Olivia. He CHOSE Olivia.

It was a major turning point in their relationship. It had nothing to do with her "little nick" or whether or not she could "take a little nick like that".

Every time I listen to this promo, I just start nodding, because this really, truly was the "turning point of SVU." EO forever.

I loveddddd this episode...it scared the crap out of me though...and it shows how much Elliot does love her at this point but also he blames her getting hurt for what happened to the little boy. it's kind of controdictory. BUT love them together!!!

It's interesting that the promo (definitely one of the best) focuses on an injury that doesn't turn out to be fatal, than focus on the big finale where Liv's gotta save El's life. Maybe just to get a bigger reaction out of the fans. They love doing that.
