Gabby loves to make her cake in a cup for dessert and wanted to show everyone how to do it.

Chocolate Cake in a Cup:
4 Tablespoons of flour
4 Tablespoons of sugar
2 Tablespoons of cocoa
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1 egg
3 Tablespoons of milk
3 Tablespoons of oil
1 Table spoon of chocolate chips (we use more)
1/2 tablespoon of vanilla essence
Mix it all together and cook for about 3 minutes depending on the power of your microwave (we do it for 2:45)
Enjoy with ice cream : )

  • sooo cool, i can not wait for my daughter (3) to get home from preschool so we can make this. she loves to help cook, and she loves to eat cake, but i never make it cause i do not need a whole cake in the house, it will go to waste, this seems like the perfect size. thank you soo much for putting up this video along with the recipe. thanks, and btw your daughter is soo precious, and cute.

  • @maggieandarianna Aw, thanks. I love it for the same reason. The kids get sick of cake after about two slices and then I have to eat the entire thing because I hate for it to go to waste :) Hope your daughter loves it, too.

  • Too precious for words. I will be making this with my 3 yr old grandson, he will get a kick out of it as well as cake !!!!!! My daughter ( age 34) started out this young too and she's a great cook and baker today. I see a future cooking show star in this sweet little girl. Kudos to her parents for giving her a great start.

  • @Tonithenightowl It's so great for kids, suits their short attention spans and impatience for cake perfectly! That's so great that your daughter started cooking so young. My kids love it, and I encourage them to enjoy food. I figure no great chef came from being told to stop playing with their food!

  • you are raising a doll, I love it, thumbs up for parents who take time with their kids and do things with them. that is so awesome, I got to watch again. I should have paid more attention.

  • @Shaudu1 Thanks. I'm glad they enjoy making these little movies. They'll be a fun to watch when they're older.
