Day 1 of the 39 Day Challenge. Demonstrate your integrity by following through.

Integrity is something that can only be witnessed by actions, not words. In fact, when someone says, "I have integrity," I run. The fact that a person feels they need to say it, says that they don't have it.

This video, the first in a series of 39, talks about the need to do what you say you are going to do. Follow through on your commitments. If you make an agreement, keep it. Especially if it is with yourself.

There is no better way for you to build trust than to do exactly what you say you are going to do. It is so simple.
