Zac firing a few rounds from Browning's M2, a .50 machine gun. To comply with California's gun laws this particular rifle is only capable of semi-auto fire, but it's belt fed and will fire as quickly as you can thumb the dual butterfly triggers.

  • so this complies with that commiefornia law banning .50 BMG, or is this chambered in that .50 DT something that bypasses the ban?

  • This M2 is chambered for the .50 BMG. My friend had it before the anti-.50 law so it was grandfathered in.

  • aw, i want to see it shooting something

  • Sorry :(

We're engaging steel plates from 400 to 600 yards out, but just hitting a lot of dirt ;)

  • how much does it cost to rent the gun and a s***load of ammunition...

  • I don't know. It belongs to a friend of mine so I get to shoot it for free but I usually only let off a couple of rounds. He reloads to keep the cost down because I believe retail price is around $5 per round.

  • @LaurenTurtles

They were $10,500 from TNW before he went to War with us and now they are $6,450.

We kicked his Ass on price and now he cant compete :(

  • @kommando2008

The ban only covers .50 BMG rifles. A M2 does not fit the definition of a rifle because it is not shoulder fired so the .50 BMG ban does not cover it.

  • only hitting dirt at 400-600? I have no problem at those ranges with mine using a cheap red dot on a sokolov mount.

  • yo whats the law regarding settin up one of these bad boys on my roof haha

  • M2 simis were 10.000 now 6.500

    fulls were 28.000 now 18.000

give or take a little-ammo went up to 3.75-5.00 per round now its back down to 2.50 or less- but thats buying in bulk

  • First and foremost, our constitution allows us to own em. When it comes down to the Browning M2, most people look at em for the history. As for semi-auto fire, the way ammo prices are these days (especially .50 BMG) you'd be able to spend a few more seconds shooting as apposed to holding the trigger and using up all your ammo within say, 10 seconds

  • they make a .50 DTC M2 Browning, its california legal, the casing is slightly different and bypasses the law
