At the House Rabbit Society Meeting

Eleanor is a new bunny that has not been spade that these folks are attempting to have bond with another rabbit (rabbits do best when they have a friend, as they are social animals and like to groom each other). She is skittish and they are hoping that she will calm down after she is fixed.

It might work better if they give the bunns more ROOM than that little pen. I've found that it's best when each bunn can retire to their own end of an area, and actually move around and play WITHOUT having to interact with the other bunn. Seems to take the pressure off, and then in time they venture into the other's area on their own initiative.
