  • I have been diagnosed with some very mild asthma and have been under A LOT of stress lately- brought on by my health concerns. My dad had a heart attack when he was 30. Doctors ruled out acid reflux and heartburn. I have constantly had a very hard time getting a deep breath for the past 6 months. It feels like I'm not getting enough air in. I would appreciate any ideas or help. Let me know if you need further clarification.

  • I'm a 21 year old female and I have some squeezing pain on the left side of my chest, right next to my left breast bone, which is sporadic. I have had many tests done that all showed that my heart was actually in very good shape and 0 blockage in all arteries. I have a high heart rate at times, and some irregular heart beats(determined by a 24 hour holter monitor.)
