You should do your homework. It will save you a lot of embarrassment. All Polaris case reed twins are Liberty engines. Fuji twins were piston port.
Case reed twins started to show up in 97 as the XC 700, and were actually a limited build in late 96.

If you have a case reed twin Polaris,it's a Liberty. They came out as a 700 in 97m and the 600 in 98, and the 500 in 99. Polaris phased these engines in so Fujis were run as well in some models I believe as late as 2002.
People sure can be stubborn.
The small block Liberty (500) is a little power monster.

i dont understand why people dont realize that what the sled says is what is says haha

you are a true retard. i hope you dont ride a polaris because then you just make us look bad. they started making liberty twins in 97. i should know, i own a prototype 97 700 xc twin. model and vin numbers dont lie.
oo ok I was just wondering because alot of people told me they did about 100 or more if lucky

Might come close but it'd be pushing it. I had a 600cc XCR triple triple that would do about 115mph stock.

How fast do these things go stock?

My XC 500 will go about 95 MPH on a hard packed lake, or a road... it'll go a little slower on soft snow of course.
