Thanks for sharing your experience with C-1U. Actually I just purchased this mike myself, and I'm having a few problems with volume - in that its way too low. Any suggestions are deeply appreciated.

my C1 u have the volume issue. what can I do?

I am using the C-1 through a Behringer small mixing desk and I am super impressed at the results. Before this I just used a cheap electret microphone. John is correct when he says that the C1 filters out all the background sounds and yet record well what is directly in front of it.
It seems that Behrenger is doing an excellent job at delivering quality products at layman's prices. Put simply, you cant go wrong with them.

Hello I just ordered this mic like an hour ago and stupidly I didnt do a lot of research on what people have bought it have said about it. Im hearing a lot about it records in low volume.. is that because its a direct recording??? I make music and I presently have the Samson Q1U Dynamic Microphone and its a very very responsive mic but thats also why it probly picks up a lot of backround noise I have to turn recording almost all the way down... but I have a loud voice so idk.. whats you think?

I JUST ORDERED THIS MICROPHONE NOT EVEN 2 HOURS AGO WITH MY MOM ON AMAZON , AND I PLAN TO USE IT IN MY LIL CLOSET TO RECORD MY SPANISH RAPS . I USE ACID PRO 7 AND FL STUDIO 9 . ANOTHER THING THO ... I WONDER IF BECAUSE OF THE FACT THAT THIS IS A "USB" MIC , IT WILL FUCK UP SOON , EVEN IF I TAKE GOOD CARE OF IT , LIKE SHIT JUST HAPPENIN ....... did i make a mistake buying this =/ ?

@behringer No problem it's a great product and I'm not sure that doing a direct recording did it full justice :) Works great with FL studio and for youtubers it's a must to have a great mic.
