@ZetaProductionz Pretty much.. For some reason, I'm STILL in Bronze league. I've hit the top of the ladder in two seasons (one in Silver) with WAY Higher than a 60% win ratio and it always dumps me in bronze. My roomie who loses about twice as much as I do but manages to win enough to stay on top of the ladder gets promoted every season, it's pretty stupid lol. The bonus is I get a ton of free wins.
