Yep. All you wrote about is not in ubuntu by default.
But if you know how to configure it it will play flash video as proper, it will get video and audio edit applications(even written for win, if want to use it) and gnome has thousand of themes(there are a lot of beautiful ones among them). So, read the mans, and you'll be happy!)
I used ubuntu for 6 months..
i like the idea os is free and configurable..
but i really hated bugs i saw
for example.. when there is a flash video on the web page..
its okay it plays.. but when you have 2 pages 2 flash videos or more, system will slow down so bad.. it almost stop functioning
the user interface of many applications are from 80s or something
program install and system menus are compicated
its not user friendly
firefox has many bugs also
i think they mean to do it buggy
