Un fantastico gioco Rètro stile Commodore 64, The Power è un gioco freeware realizzato con Game Maker. Si può definire un ottimo clone Action\Adventure di Metroid. Penso sia uno dei giochi che mi abbiano intrattenuto maggiormente negli ultimi tempi anche perchè sono un gran nostalgico del genere rètrogames. Ha persino 2 finali. L'unica pecca è la scarsa longevità, che si attesta circa sulle 1\2 ore di gioco(dipende dalla vostra abilità) e una volta completato il tutto in caso vogliate rigiocarlo vi durerà persino molto di meno. Nonostante tutto come ho già detto è un piccolo capolavoro ;).
NOTA BENE: La versione che gioco nel video è la 1.0 . Ciò significa che il gioco è molto più difficile rispetto alla 1.5 ... volete sapere alcune differenze?
-L'arma primaria non ha l'autofire
-I salti del protagonista non sono regolabili e quindi si effettuano sempre salti troppo alti... un motivo come questo che può sembrar banale ma si rivela problematico durante gli scontri contro alcuni boss.
-I nemici sono più agguerriti ( Esempio: le torrette automatiche a differenza della versione 1.5 sparano a prima vista)
-il gioco gira a 30 FPS e non a 60 FPS come la versione 1.5... il gioco di conseguenza è meno veloce( ok questo non c'entra molto LOL)

Il finale che ho preso in questa longplay è il GOOD Ending che si può ottenere raccogliendo tutti gli oggetti disseminati per il mondo di gioco. Il video non Ha suoni, ho rimpiazzato il tutto con un po' di musica elettronica strana presa da youtube o_O.

This is a Great Commodore64-style rètrogame . The Power is a freeware game made with Game Maker. It can be considered as a very good Action\Adventure-Metroid Clone. In my opinion one of the games which most entertained me in the last months; this is due to the fact that My nostalgia factor is very high. The game has also 2 endings! The only flaw is the length of the game: the game lasts for about 1\2 hours(it depends on your ability) and once you have finished it, if you want to play it again it will be shorter than the first play. By the way like I said before it's a little masterpiece ;).
NOTE: The Version which I play in the video is the 1.0. It means that the game is harder than version 1.5 ... Do you want to know some differences?
-Primary weapon doesn't have autofire... button smashing needed to fire quickly
-There is no variable jump height so you can only make high jumps. This could be considered as a silly change between 1.0 and 1.5 but that's not true: due to this fact some boss fights are harder.
-Harder Enemies( Ex.: the automatic turrets shot immediately when they spoil you...this doesn't happen in Ver. 1.5)
-The game runs at 30 FPS not at 60 FPS like Ver. 1.5... for this reason the game is slower (ok, this doesn't make the game harder LOL)

I got the GOOD Ending which can be achieved by collecting all the items in the game. Video has no sounds so I placed some strange electronic music taken from Youtube o_O.
