How To Get Paid Apps For Free On iPod/iPhone/iPad Firmware 3.1.2-4.0 [HD]

Requirements:
1.A Computer(Mozilla Firefox works best)

2.Appsync 3.1 (source: http://cydia.hackulo.us) DO NOT INSTALL INSTALLOUS!!!

3.A Jailbroken device running on firmware 3.1.2 OR 3.1.3

4.Winrar http://download.cnet.com/WinRAR-32-bit/3000-2250_4-10007677.html

5.iTunes V9.0 or higher

Steps For .ipa :
1.Go To http://www.apptrackr.org
2.Choose the app you want
3.Download the most recent version of the app
4.After download is complete,check your apps section in iTunes.The app should be in the list.

Steps For .zip:
1.Go To http://www.apptrackr.org
2.Choose the app you want
3.Download the most recent version of the app
4.MAKE SURE TO OPEN IT UP USING WINRAR
5.Once Winrar is open with the files,click the "Payload" file,find the name of the app and drag it onto your desktop.
6.Than drag the "iTunesArtwork" in the same folder
7.(OPTIONAL) There also may be a media section,make sure to drag that into the folder as well.
8.Take the folder on your desktop and drag into iTunes and place it into your
library.
9.The app should than process and appear

@CydiaTutorialz Yes I have app sync 3.1 on my Jailbroken 3.1.2 iPod Touch. I used the Blackra1n to Jbreak it, and I use cydia. The name of the app I'm trying to get is "Call of Duty: World at War: Nazi Zombies," (The Shi No Numa Pack) and a couple of small fun games to play. I have tried to get different links, but none of them work.
