It's finally time to leave Numara, and we're heading to the left screen where we will be brought to a new location: Ghost Town. In Ghost Town, we can grab a chest for [5 Sandman's Seals]. You'll see some kids standing by some flowers as you advance on, so walk up to them and you'll get some dialogue.
The kids will introduce themselves and Cooke and Mack. After a short little while, some Numaran Soldiers come and interrupt and so we're left to fight them. We should really teach them a lesson for picking on these poor little kids.
-----
These Numaran Soldiers are all talk. If you're a regular level, they can be a little challenging if you're not properly prepared.. but there's only a few of them so we shouldn't have too much difficulty. Focus on the soldiers first to take down the Guard Condition. One you've got 1 or 2 soldiers defeated, it's up to you if you want to attack the back row or not. The calvary have the attack "Rush" which is a heavy hitting attack.. and so the calvary are the ones you should be the most concerned with. The fight gets easier the more soldiers you have defeated, and keep in mind that you do have Jansen to heal and also plenty of items if you need it.
-----
After the battle is over, Cooke and Mack invite us to their home as a thanks. Cooke and Mack's house is easy to find, but let's take a look around Ghost Town first. From where we found Cooke and Mack, go to the first path on the left to find a well with a pot near it. The pot can be probed to find a [Kelo Vitamin]. The next pot near the end of this screen has [4 Hard Skins]. Now you can move on to the next screen, Funeral Beach.
This is where Cooke and Mack's house is. Ignore their house for now, and head to the back of it to get some more stuff. There's a pot with a [Seed] tucked inside. The first yard has a pot with a [Mana Herb] in it. The chest in the very back of the area has a [Slot Seed] in it. There's a Pipot by Cooke and Mack's house that you can speak to if you'd like. Give it all your seeds to receive a reward. At this point in the game, there have been 40 seeds total, and if you have all 40 seeds you will get a second reward. I only have 38, and so I can only claim my first gift (for 20 seeds) the [Adamantis] and matching [Adamantis Ring]. Now head inside Cooke and Mack's house.
Cooke and Mack will introduce us to their mother, who is clearly very sick. At finding out that Kaim's her long lost Father.. all of her energy is drained, and she very sadly passes away. This is one of the saddest parts in the whole game in my opinion.. and very powerful. It's revealed also that Gongora was the one who took Lirum away from Kaim and Sarah.. his evil plotting has been going on for a very, very long time. With this video ending on a very sad note, we actually switch right to Tolten.

@bordom8 Cooke and Mack are voiced by the same voice actor who did Phil and Lil on the Rugrats. That's probably where you remember it from.

I had to skip through it, I'm such a wimp lol, the sad scene I mean. I've seen it a few times through, very very sad. Cried the first time and always gets me teary eyed. I have to say that I just love the voice acting, so well done, it really brought the scene to life in my opinion.

@valypaly3 Yeah, I cried the first time watching this too.
I think it's when they're all shaking her that I got really sad.
