It's kind of scary when you think of the effects that computers will have on us in even just the next decade. If they truly get twice as sophisticated every year, then we're in for some serious hell in the 21st century

Cells are the files of organic systems. Editing files changes the system, think DNA.

"We will understand the human brain at almost exactly the same time as computers equal it's power" Called the singularity.

Too late human.

Cyberfacist dictatorship. The network shall imprison us all within it's wireless network of control.

The cyborg's mind connected the The Network's wireless network. Invisible control scheme.

The brain is an organic motherboard. It's a better analogy. Hard drives are connected to the motherboard. Are you saying each region of the brain has a hard drive, or the brain has a single centralized hard drive? Photos are stored on a photo directory on our hard drive. We also have RAM as short term memory. Hard drives for long term memory. Nerves are electrical which computers are so that would be an easy transition.

The entire circumference of the Brain is a living, bio-electrical Hard Drive. And yes, every region has its own storage unit: Think a flash card memory. "Short Term Memory" is nothing but a mere disturbance, an imbalance of electrodes inside the Brain.

So it is more like server? A computer with numerous Hard Drives? It needs a video card to process sight. It needs an audio card to process sound. Flash memory uses USB ports though. Cache and RAM are internal and utilized by the system board for memory. Yes it's just relaying information between components on it's system bus.

I wish computers were mostly external. No expensive upgrades. I want external video cards. They cost so much.

It is, it can't process everything it records, that's why it works in what I call "Sectors". These "Sectors" assists us in evaluating in Third-Dimensional Perspective in a mathematical algorithms. And also creates fictional dimensions referred by everyone who's had them: "Dreams".
