Best band in the world, recorded live doing that voodoo Alice Cooper stuff @ Patronaat, Haarlem Holland, 04/21/07
Wearing New Balance (red ones) and white socks under a smelly dress is just so 2009. Not to mention humming that incredible punk gem 'The boy from New York City' (yeah you know, by The mofo Darts) at the end. Emo hipsters should listen to that song 24 hrs a day. Backwards that is.

Oh sorry, I misread, I thought you said that "the ballad of dwight fry" was on "welcome to my nightmare."
Wow that nightquil really screwed me up.

it was on the movie, but actually on the "love it to death" album.
Personally I think the Melvins and Cooper are equal on those two songs, but some of Alice's stuff could be done better

Alice Cooper is only the guy who wrote it. The melvins are who made it worth listening to.
Same as Halo of Flies.

blasphemy and lies! alice doesn't just do a "version" of this song, he completely personifies it!

Alice's version is much, much better.
