Heating a dog house can be done by purchasing a specially made heater that fits in larger dog houses, or by using heated mats on the floor of the dog house. Protect dogs from weather below 30 degrees Fahrenheit with information from a certified dog trainer in this free video on dog house heaters.

  • you can also use a 75 watt lightbulb protected with metal flashing or a 3lb coffee can with holes punctured into the metal to let heat escape.

  • where did you get the house

  • I live in Oregon, and have a cat that wandered in, (Dropped off most likely), and I've been feeding it... Verrrrrry friendly, but we don;t need a cat..., (Have a Yorkie that hastes cats..), and at our age we don't need a cat.... I'm going to purchase a pet house for her, with a heater, and monitor it so some of the local wild life doesn't invade. I liked your video..... thanks
