@russianskatingfan I agree with you on that..but Milo was runner up and she was overscored as well..the scoring just wasn't great during this era. Shannon won its over..Im more excited about 2011 world Championship right now more than anything. That is going to be a battle.

LOL so what are you implying the vault in the air was worth a 10. Get real. Even under your reasoning her 2nd vault was given a 9.825 so if you concede the step as 2 tenths and the vault were worth a 10 in the air (hahahaha at that idea but anyway) that would still be an impossible score.

now let me explain her score for everyone. It was a very fair score because in 1994 this fault was worth a 10.0 and her steps were only 2-3 tenths at the most. Since on the second vault there was nice form and no pike they only took 2 tenths for the step plus the judges know its a harder vault because its a blind landing.
She was definitely overscored at vault which probably is what gave her the AA. She was overscored by about 2 tenths on vault at these Worlds in the AA.

Yes reputation is everything in sport. Many of the judges had probably never heard of Dina before this event whereas Miller and Milo were AA Olympic medalists, and each had 3 world titles to their name already.
