The Fargo Police Department and the State's Attorney have "lost" our evidence in this case on TWO separate occasions. Hopefully, if it's uploaded here they won't be able to "lose" it again.
They've interviewed the suspects and have seen this video but still refuse to charge the woman/criminal seen commiting the crime.
