2 Alpine SWR-1223D in a S10

Here is a video of my 2 Alpine subs that are 600 watts rms and getting about 500 watts rms... The subs are in a ported box that is getting 1.25 cubic feet of space. I just did the big 3 upgrade and it raised the voltage about 1 volt and when the bass hits it raised it about 2 volts.. Which is a big different in power.. I also have the old type R's and thinking about putting them in the truck too. So come back later and i might have 4 12' Alpine type R's in the s10!!!

I have never really had someone else drive my truck with the stereo up.. But I have had ppl know what song I was playing like 5 football fields away and now I have 4 subs so I am sure it is louder and can hear it farther now..

hey there i have bought two 1223ds the 2 ohm ones in a 2000 vw polo i hve a mr 1000 alipine amp with it how long should i let them wear in before turnin the gains n headunit up?

@nabster1000 I think i ran mine at 350 to 400 watts rms for a couple of weeks... Then i turn the amp and head unit up. My 1223d's are not getting 600 watts rms. They are only getting about 500 watts rms. I would have to buy a bigger amp to get to 600 watts rms.
