I have joint custody will full access to him, his schools, medical records etc. I also have a visiting rights plan decided by a Federal judge. In Texas after 3 days it is kidnapping.

crazycatfguy: It is only referred to kidnapping (and I think that is a loose term) if the other parent, as you, in this case, has legal custody, and the other parent takes the child without the courts permission. Right or wrong, that is how it goes. Sad for the children. They didn't get to say, "I want you take me away from my daddy or (mommy) ok."
