I quit playing hockey because of dirty cheapshots like that. A kid did something similar to me but he hit me in the chin with the butt of his stick. Didn't knock me out, just split my lip and chin open. Bled something fierce. I got up, skated up behind him and swung on his head like Tee Ball with my stick. It knocked his helmet off. Here's the problem. I rammed his face against the ice a few times for good measure. And just like that, I couldn't play hockey anymore.
