* Kentucky Master HVAC Contractor (ask to see License)
* Required Insurance (ask for Certificate of Insurance)
* Required Permits (ask for Copy of Permit before Work Begins)
* HVAC Load - Calc on New Construction Homes (ask for Load-Calc)

HVAC Load-Calc is not required at this time on Existing Residential Homes , but I suggest you have one done anyway , by a legitimate HVAC Contractor , I am finding most of our Old HVAC Equipment is OVERSIZED , this will ensure the Proper Sized Equipment for your Home !!!

Please do your Homework and get a Minimum of 3 Bids on your New System Installation , and go with the Contractor you Trust .
Ask your Friends and Family Members who they feel is a Reliable HVAC Contractor ....

Great video. It's because of Eddie that I went out and bought the 327. I think your furnace BTUs were high because it's more than 90% efficient. I'd check the specs... I bet it's at least 92%. Fritz, you are a netWORKER like no other. I bet you have more friends than money. ;)

Eddie Verified I had the Tinest of Combustion Leaks with His Testo 330 !!!

I Borrowed his other 330 and Tracked it Down like a Blood Hound !

Then we Utilized a Precise Test Procedure with the 330 and Found Leak had been Remedied !

These Tests we Performed are a Fantastic and Precise way to Dial in your Equipment !!!

The 330 & 435 are to Me the Best Test Instruments on the Market today !!!

What we did here in this Video is run Diagnostic on a Furnace which I have been going over with a Fine Tooth Comb for Months !!!

We didn't Change Speed Taps or Adjust Gas Pressure , these Tests proved the Furnace was Dialed in as Tight as possible , utilizing a Precision Instrument !!!
