Haha... The people who say VR4s are better cars are so dumb. Surpas are too expensive to buy stock, VR4s are the biggest pains in the asses to work with, and keep this in mind too... Both of those are 6cylinders... Both of which are also boosted... A 4 cylinder turbo just stomped on both of em haha... A DSM is cheap, and faster than both of them for the money spent, and easier to work with.. And as for the AWD vs RWD for speed runs, the supra is and always will be the king of the highway, but A

@bnm5015 Well considering how much of an amazing car it is, it's easy to see why people praise it so much.....For daily driving and light to light street racing the AWD is great to have....But I like to race the 1/4 mile and highways and that's where the rwd is better

@M3TurboE46 My bad, I thought the transmission was made by a different manufacturer. The 3000GT VR4 has a getrag transmission as well, and can also hold 600 AWHP without mods and 1000+ if the transfer case is reinforced. All I'm saying is I think that the 3000GT VR4 is a better car overall, considering my 436 AWHP semi-daily driver beats most cars on the road and drives perfectly in conditions that are less than optimal. I've driven my car in snow so high I was plowing the road with my bumper

@bnm5015 Are you smoking crack?? That's a getrag 6spd transmission!! Same one they put in porche's, M3's, vipers, corvettes, svt cobra's.....That transmission is good for over 1000hp. I personally know people running 10's on the stock transmission, stock internals, and stock turbo's

@M3TurboE46 The trans in the VR4 is way better than the supra, if you bolt a bunch of parts onto a supra w/o doing tons of support work you're going to have a broken car soon. Now the motor and fuel delivery system of a supra is sweet, thats why a lot of car modifiers steal the setup and change it to fit their motor. The supra MAY be faster in a straight line and the ratio of supras left in good condition is higher than the ratio of good/bad 3000GTs left, but stock for stock they are close.

@bnm5015 Stock vs stock supra is faster then a VR4 and bolt on vs bolt on the supra is faster and lighter......RWD is always going to be faster then AWD or FWD assuming both way the same with same amount of HP to weight ratio..

VR4's are animals and I have mad respect for them but your trying to make it sound like a better performer then the supra and it is not
