Sample Debate Speeches for Judges briefings

Short (3 minute) PM and 1st Opp debate speeches intended for briefing judges. The first speech has good style and a clear and reasonable definition but weaker arguments and use of time. The second has poor style but good argument and refutation. The first would get a score in the high 80's or 90. The second would get a score in the low 80's. If the first speech had the style of the second, it would be in the mid to low 70's. If the first speech had the content of the second, it would be in the mid-90s.
