the new zealand dairy farmer produces milk for the rest of the world, "it is a company driven by profit" this is generally how companies are driven my friend, id like everyone to ask yourselves why greenpeace is targeting new zealands most sustainable business, and why we dont hear what the output of cO2 emissions per $ earned at fonterra is and compare this to say government, housing, etc WAKE UP GREENPEACE your senseless attacks at fonterra only succeed at humiliating yourselves.

Typical Greenpeace dont know what they are on about .Dirty emissions from the Edendale plant no, not that I have seen, their coal boilers use bag houses to filter the outgoing smoke. Environment Southland monitors emissions closely and when there are any breaches in emissions they are dealt with immediately. The facts are available if you care to ask for them (Enviro Southland) or from the plant itself dont let a bunch of misguided activists brainwash you Fonterra don't mine coal as stated
