  • oh my gosh how cute. My daughter is turning 1 in october and I was looking for a cake like this.. sooo cute!! Where are you located?

  • i just started making Dominican cakes covered with fondant .. thanks for the tip on not to but suspiro . my fondant was looking lumpy . i love your cake . i do have another q. how much would u charge for this cake rough estimate in case you dont wanna give exact price

  • @josefinabakery you have to cover it with buttercream fondant, because supiro is too watery and will make fondant sag!! the best thing to use under the fondant is chocolate ganache!!! your fondant comes out flawless!!!

  • your cake is beautiful! I also make dominican cakes, just started. I have a question, when you cover a dominican cake in fondant, do you use suspiro dominicano or buttercream to crum coat your cakes?

  • big bird is the best it looks so cute and the finished cake its just so awesome!

    ive started trying fondant cakes

  • I think this cake is soooo cute! I love the colors and whimiscal tiers. great job!

  • Beautiful Cake!! What is your recipe for Dominican Cake with the dulce de leche?

  • I love this interpretation of that cake! I really like the flat baby characters too, a bit different to the figurines (which also looked great as well).

Thanks for posting was great to see this cake! I'm doing a topsy turvy in a few days.. my first one! eeeek
